Motor Assembly Area
This specialized zone is the heart of our production line, where precision meets performance. Rotor Turning Automatic Plant
Our fully automated rotor turning facility is engineered to achieve microscopic levels of tolerance. Using high-speed CNC turning technology, we ensure the perfect concentricity of every rotor, which is vital for the smooth, wobble-free rotation of our fans. This automation minimizes human error and guarantees that every unit passing through the plant meets our rigorous standards for mechanical balance.
Auto Coiling Section
The Auto Coiling Section features state-of-the-art winding machines that deliver uniform copper distribution across the motor stators. This high-speed automated process ensures tight, consistent coils that prevent electrical surges and overheating. By automating the winding and lacing process, we achieve superior insulation and a significantly longer lifespan for our fan motors.
Automatic Pretreatment Powdercoating
Durability meets aesthetics in our advanced finishing plant. We utilize a multi-stage chemical pretreatment process to remove impurities and provide a rust-resistant base, followed by an automated robotic powder coating system. This ensures a 100% uniform finish, vibrant color retention, and a scratch-resistant surface that can withstand diverse environmental conditions.
Incoming Quality Control

Our Raw Material Store is a systematically organized hub managed by a robust inventory tracking system.
